Jesse McCartney memiliki nama lengkap Jesse Abraham Arthur McCartney. Ia terlahir di Ardsley, New York, AS pada tanggal 9 April 1987 dan mengawali karirnya di dunia pertunjukan sejak umur tujuh tahun.
Di usia 11 tahun Jesse memutuskan pindah ke Los Angeles untuk menjadi seorang aktor dan tak berapa lama kemudian, Jesse sudah kebagian beberapa peran dalam serial televisi termasuk All My Children dan Summerland. Gadis bernama lengkap Kristen Jaymes Stewart ini terlahir di Los Angeles, California, AS pada tanggal 9 April 1990. Meski masih tergolong muda, aktris ini sudah memiliki banyak pengalaman dalam masalah seni peran. Tak kurang dari tujuh belas film sudah mencatat namanya sebagai salah satu pemerannya.
Bakat seni dalam diri Kristen memang mengalir cukup kuat. Ayahnya adalah seorang manajer panggung teater sekaligus produser televisi yang bekerja pada Fox sementara ibunya adalah seorang penulis naskah asal Australia.
